Bookings & Payments

- Late payments may result in additional fees.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a service is not completed due to our fault.
- Non-refundable deposits may apply for certain bookings.
Warranty & Liability
- We offer a 50-year workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products.
- Renoline is not liable for pre-existing plumbing issues, customer negligence, or damages arising from third-party interventions.
