The Challenge
Murwillumbah State High School contacted Renoline, a specialist in trenchless pipe relining in Northern NSW, to restore a deteriorating 150mm underground pipe system. The affected line spanned 45 metres and presented a significant challenge: five sharp 90-degree bends in succession.
Handling even a single tight bend can risk buckling or wrinkling traditional liners—let alone five. The complexity of this job made it well beyond the scope of standard relining techniques.
Fortunately, this wasn’t our first encounter with a high-difficulty reline. Our team was ready.
Our Solution
To meet the demands of this complex reline, a five-person crew from Renoline—Rick, Ben, Joe, Travis, and Dean—was deployed. Leveraging best-practice methodology, they chose UVHL Flex, a next-generation UV-cured fibreglass liner engineered for:

- Sudden changes in pipe diameter

The Results
